Ella Lee

Ella Lee studied illustration at Pratt Institute and now serves as an art director at Cobb Studio.

Her work focuses on breathing life into characters and scenes while visually conveying the emotions of a story. She is deeply engaged in selecting colors that emphasize narratives, understanding the properties of contrast and harmony, and using light and shadow to set the mood and temperature of a scene—ultimately enhancing brand messaging through compelling visuals. With a strong foundation in visual language, she strives to build more persuasive and immersive storytelling.

She provides creative direction to ensure mise-en-scène aligns with the symbolism of space and narrative context, while meticulous post-production refinements enhance the visual aesthetic, creating an engaging and emotionally resonant experience for audiences.

Beyond work, she enjoys traveling, capturing diverse compositions through her lens, and unwinding with jazz and house music. Embracing new challenges and continuous self-improvement, she finds joy in the little things and approaches life as a constant exploration.
